Shipping Information
US & Canada Shipping
Shipping fees are quoted through USPS and UPS and will be applied to your order based on the address and weight of your shipment.
Shipping is FREE for orders of $35 or more within the US!
We ship US orders via USPS Priority Mail and UPS SurePost. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and picked up by the shipping carrier. We will provide tracking via email so you can sign up for notifications from the carrier.
Orders shipping to Canada will now be sent through our Mississauga Ontario warehouse via Canada Post. Orders typically ship within 2 business days and take approx. 2-7 days business days to arrive depending on distance from Ontario.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Orders shipping outside of the US & Canada are handled by our trusted partner, GlobalShopex. When ready to place your order, choose “INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT” from your shopping cart. You will have the opportunity to review shipping options, duties and taxes, and estimated time in transit on the International Checkout page. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal, Money Gram, bank wire transfers, Alipay, or other local payment options.
GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order has been completed, all inquiries should be directed to GlobalShopex at customercare@globalshopex.com or 786-391-4868. (Local phone numbers for customer service in select countries are available upon request.)

Important Notice
Please take care to double check billing and shipping addresses for complete accuracy. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure location for deliveries. Mazee LLC is not responsible for orders once they are placed in the hands of our shipping agent, nor orders that have been marked by the shipping agent as “delivered”.
Mazee LLC will not refund orders that are lost, stolen, or returned to us due to incorrect address information. However, we will assist in creating a claim with the shipping agent and providing replacement options for product.
If you would like to add a signature confirmation on your shipment for an additional charge, please write this in the “Order Notes” field of the US & Canada checkout page and email order@gleegum.com. We will contact you to review the final charges.
