Return and Refund Policy
Our goal is for every Glee Gum order you place to result in an exceptionally “gleeful” experience. If it does not, here are some options to resolve that….
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we may issue a refund for your order or ship replacements at our discretion. In order to receive a refund or replacement for items damaged during the shipping transit, we must file a claim with USPS or UPS, and you must agree to keep the damaged product until the resolution of the claim, and provide pictures and comment to the shipping carrier at their request.
If the product you receive is not damaged or defective, but is not to your liking, we may issue a partial refund for product only, or provide a discount on a future order in the form of a coupon code. Please note that habitual refund requests will be monitored and used to determine future refund eligibility.
Order issues must be reported within 30 days of the date you received your order; after that, resolutions will be offered at our discretion and ability.
