Ordering Instructions – US & Canada
- Click “Add to Cart” in any item’s order box. A secure “Shopping Cart” window will open. Note that you may need to select a flavor or size before you can add an item to your cart.
- Within the shopping cart, you may update quantities, apply a coupon code, and estimate shipping charges. If you’d like to continue shopping, feel free to do so. You can always get back to your cart by clicking the green “cart” button in the upper center area of the site. Whenever you’re ready, proceed to checkout.
- Enter your billing and shipping information. Note that there is a box to check at the upper right if you would like your order shipped to a different address, and a field in which to enter any special order notes. Shipping charges will automatically be added to your order. Shipping is FREE for orders of $50 or more within the US. We ship US & Canada orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS SurePost, generally within 48 hours of receipt. US orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days. Orders to Canada may take a few more days.
- Review your order. You may enter your credit card information here. Or, if you prefer to pay via PayPal, you may proceed to PayPal and follow the related instructions. Payment via credit card or PayPal is fast, easy, and SSL secured (128 Bit).
- Click the “Place Order” button.
- When your order has been completed, you will arrive at a confirmation page with an order number at the top for reference. You will also receive an email confirmation.

Ordering Instructions – International
We ship orders outside the US & Canada via our trusted partner, GlobalShopex.com. Simply add any items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and choose the “INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT” button on the right. While our tool to estimate shipping charges is only applicable to US & Canada orders, you will have the opportunity to review shipping options, duties and taxes, and estimated time in transit on the International Checkout page. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal, Money Gram, bank wire transfers, Alipay, or other local payment options. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. You will receive email confirmation as well.
Please take care when entering your shipping address, and ensure that it is a safe and secure location for deliveries. Unfortunately, we cannot re-ship orders after they have been shipped to an address as entered. If you would like to pay extra for signature confirmation on your shipment, please write this in the “Order Notes” field of the US & Canada checkout page and email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you to review the related fee. If your US or Canada tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you suspect theft, we encourage you to file a claim with USPS and contact the Postal Inspection Service (1-877-876-2455). Refund & Return Policy
Verve, inc. does not offer refunds or returns on items sold by Verve, inc., including those sold on GleeGum.com. All sales are final. When possible, however, we will replace any damaged or defective item shipped within the US or Canada.
