Ordering Instructions – US & Canada Only
- Click “Add to Cart” in any item’s order box. A secure “Shopping Cart” window will open. Note that you may need to select a flavor or size before you can add an item to your cart.
- Within the shopping cart, you may update quantities, apply a coupon code, and estimate shipping charges. If you’d like to continue shopping, feel free to do so. You can always get back to your cart by clicking the green “cart” button in the upper center area of the site. Whenever you’re ready, proceed to checkout.
- Enter your billing and shipping information. Note that there is a box to check at the upper right if you would like your order shipped to a different address, and a field in which to enter any special order notes.
- Review your order. You may enter your credit card information here. Or, if you prefer to pay via PayPal, you may proceed to PayPal and follow the related instructions.
- Click the “Place Order” button.
- When your order has been completed, you will arrive at a confirmation page with an order number at the top for reference. You will also receive an email confirmation.

At the present time, we are unable to ship web-store orders outside the US & Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience! We hope to be able to do so in the near future. In the meantime, we encourage you to explore our list of international suppliers.
Use your Credit Card or PayPal Account
It is fast, easy, and SSL secured (128 Bit). When ordering from the US or Canada, shipping charges will be automatically added to your order. Shipping is FREE for orders of $50 or more within the US. We ship North American orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS SurePost, generally within 48 hours of receipt. US orders usually arrive within 4-7 business days. Orders to Canada may take a few more days. If you wish to purchase our products closer to home, and save on shipping, please check out our store locator. It lists many retail locations in the US and Canada.
Please take care when entering your shipping address, and ensure that it is a safe and secure location for deliveries. Unfortunately, we cannot re-ship orders after they have been shipped to an address as entered. If you would like to pay extra for signature confirmation on your shipment, please write this in the “Order Notes” field of the checkout page and email email@example.com. We will contact you to review the related fee. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you suspect theft, we encourage you to file a claim with USPS and contact the Postal Inspection Service (1-877-876-2455).
Verve, inc. does not offer refunds on items sold by Verve, inc., including those sold on GleeGum.com. All sales are final. When possible, however, we will gladly replace any item which is damaged or defective.
